Summary: The role of Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant involves leading the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle Fusion solutions. This position serves as the primary contact for technical delivery across various projects, focusing on solution design, integration, and stakeholder management. The consultant will ensure quality solutions are delivered on time while managing technical risks and supporting business development activities. The role is fully remote and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and solution architecture for Oracle Fusion projects.
- Own and manage end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive solutions.
- Conduct detailed problem analysis, solution definition, and PoC (Proof of Concept) development.
- Oversee and perform code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Manage technical risk and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support business development activities by contributing to solution proposals and capability building.
- Drive customer confidence by delivering quality solutions on time and within scope.
- Resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in development and technical solution design across multiple industries.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution design with a focus on technical integration.
- Strong knowledge of API design (API Blueprint / OpenAPI specifications) and API management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, OSB, Mediator, Business Rules), Oracle BPM Suite, ORDS, and PL/SQL.
- Experience in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSD-based integrations.
- Proven track record in implementing security protocols such as OAuth2, OWSM, and SSO.
- Familiarity with WebLogic Application Server and Oracle Database administration.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and related tooling (e.g., ELK Stack, APM tools, ALM dashboards).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities across multiple environments.
