Summary: The Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant role involves supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Applications within a healthcare environment. The consultant will leverage both functional and technical expertise to collaborate with business users, optimize system functionality, and deliver scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring user interfaces, developing reports, and supporting SCM modules. The position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM and experience in a techno-functional capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and enhance Oracle Fusion Redwood user interface components and workflows based on business requirements while following Oracle best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards to support operational and business reporting needs.
- Optimize reporting performance, validate data accuracy, and provide documentation and user guidance for reporting solutions.
- Support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Planning, by implementing functional enhancements and configuration changes.
- Analyze healthcare-specific supply chain processes and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Prepare, validate, and execute FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates for bulk data loading across Oracle SCM modules.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and troubleshooting to ensure successful FBDI imports and resolve loading issues.
- Develop functional test scenarios, participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing for new enhancements.
- Investigate defects, coordinate with technical teams, and support issue resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, development teams, and Oracle Support to facilitate enhancements and production support.
- Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshoot application issues, and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and technical documentation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide end-user training to ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications in a techno-functional capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UI implementation and enhancements.
- Expertise in BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Planning.
- Experience creating and managing FBDI templates and data migration activities.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
