Summary: The Oracle Fusion Product Owner role is a contract position focused on overseeing the implementation and sustainment of Oracle ERP and related systems. The candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving process standardization and automation within the Quote-to-Cash and Inspection Services domains. This position requires strong communication skills and a technical background in Oracle systems. The role is open to remote candidates, with a duration of 6 months and a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, support teams, and IT for optimizing platform-enabled processes across Quote-to-Cash and Oracle FSM.
- Prioritize and manage incidents, enhancements, and service requests for Q2C and FSM sustainment.
- Own the change and release process, including readiness reviews and user acceptance testing.
- Provide hands-on support for high-priority issues and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.
- Lead technical design efforts for Oracle ERP and MS Dynamics CRM.
- Evaluate impacts of proposed changes to ensure long-term scalability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with software and service providers on upgrades and architectural changes.
- Document and communicate key decisions and operational dependencies.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and related ERP/CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle FSM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.

Product Ownership for Value Streams
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, support teams, and IT to optimize and enhance platform-enabled processes across Quote-to-Cash (Oracle ERP, MS CRM) and Oracle FSM.
Prioritize and manage incidents, enhancements, and service requests for Q2C and FSM sustainment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Own the change and release process, including readiness reviews, user acceptance testing, deployment coordination, and communication planning.
Provide hands-on support for high-priority issues and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents impacting Q2C workflows or field service operations.
Guide internal teams and super users to improve process maturity and drive self-service adoption for quoting, order management, invoicing, and field service scheduling.
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead technical design efforts for Oracle ERP (Order Management, Billing), MS Dynamics CRM, and Oracle FSM, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and future-state vision.
Evaluate impacts of proposed changes, integrations, or enhancements to Q2C and FSM processes to ensure long-term scalability and sustainability.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to design solutions that optimize business performance while managing technical risk.
Define and maintain data models, integration strategies, and reporting solutions that ensure quality, security, and performance across Q2C and FSM platforms.
Collaboration & Governance
Collaborate with software and service providers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams on upgrades, new implementations, and architectural changes for Oracle ERP, MS CRM, and Oracle FSM.
Ensure solutions align with compliance, cybersecurity, and operational resilience standards.
Participate in or lead governance forums, roadmap planning, and platform health assessments for Q2C and FSM domains.
Document and communicate key decisions, design patterns, and operational dependencies.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle ERP, Microsoft CRM, and Oracle Field Service Management (FSM) sustainment.
Own and prioritize the product backlog for Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end Q2C workflows, including quoting, order management, invoicing, and payment processing.
Manage sustainment activities for Oracle FSM, focusing on inspection and service workflows to optimize field operations.
Qualifications
