Summary: The Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Lead is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions, ensuring successful project execution from design to deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Procurement processes and the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes hands-on expertise and proactive problem-solving to optimize client procurement operations. Immediate start is required for this remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with client project teams to thoroughly understand their business requirements within the Procurement stream.
- Design innovative and effective solutions within the Oracle Procurement Cloud suite, including Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Direct Procurement.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations, taking ownership of design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Present solution options to clients effectively, utilizing prototypes to illustrate potential outcomes.
- Conduct thorough requirement mapping and gap analysis to ensure alignment between client needs and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Spearhead conference room pilots (CRPs), user acceptance testing (UAT), and comprehensive user training sessions.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve any issues that arise during CRP and UAT phases.
- Perform hands-on configuration of the Oracle Procurement Cloud application, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation throughout the implementation process.
- Effectively manage your time and resources, prioritizing tasks and responding swiftly to client requests.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels.
- Present confidently to both small teams and large, diverse audiences.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Procurement.
- At least 5 years of dedicated experience leading Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations.
- Demonstrable, hands-on leadership experience within the Oracle Procurement Cloud suite, specifically in Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Direct Procurement.
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations, from initial design to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Exceptional time management, resource management, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and respond effectively to customer needs.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly and present confidently to diverse audiences.
