Summary: The Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant role involves providing functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, with a focus on cross-functional knowledge of Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle OTM Cloud. This position requires weekend availability for production support and cutover activities during a 3-month contract engagement. The consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, and supporting end-to-end order-to-fulfillment processes. A strong understanding of order-to-cash and order-to-fulfillment business processes is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, including order orchestration, pricing, fulfillment, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Troubleshoot cross-application order flow issues spanning Order Management, Oracle WMS Cloud, and Oracle OTM Cloud.
  • Support inventory, inbound/outbound, and fulfillment processes in Oracle WMS Cloud from an Order Management integration perspective.
  • Support transportation planning, shipment execution, and freight/carrier management in Oracle OTM Cloud as they relate to order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of OIC integrations connecting Order Management, WMS, and OTM.
  • Configure order management setups including order types, hold/release rules, pricing strategies, fulfillment lines, and approval rules.
  • Develop test scenarios and support regression/UAT testing for order management enhancements and defect fixes; document resolutions and runbooks for knowledge transfer.

Key Skills:

Job Description:
