Summary: The Oracle Fusion MFG Solution Architect role focuses on defining and harmonizing Oracle processes within the manufacturing and supply chain management sectors across multiple instances of Oracle Fusion. The position requires extensive experience in delivering solutions and influencing business processes, particularly in installation, service, and retail businesses. The architect will also engage in governance policy execution and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Define a harmonized Oracle process within the MFG space across multiple instances of Oracle Fusion, segmented by region.
- Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem, incorporating multiple locations.
- Focus on Installation, Service, and Retail businesses.
- Define a harmonized Oracle process within the finance space across multiple instances of Oracle Fusion, segmented by region.
- Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem with a focus on financial operations.
- Define and modify a global template in the finance space for regional business units.
- Evolve the global template in the finance space post-implementation.
- Execute a strict governance policy for changes to global and regional templates as needed.
- Execute Oracle Fusion programs in conjunction with partner organizations for solution delivery.
- Review and approve all deliverable work products prior to customer delivery.
- Influence senior business leaders on business process improvement and data quality.
- Collaborate with Global Infrastructure Architects, ePMO Program and Project Managers, and the Application Support Organization to resolve escalated incidents.
- Provide functional industry-specific subject matter expertise for requirements gathering, solution design, and oversight.
- Perform configuration and testing as required and act as a solution owner, reviewing design documents and providing guidance and approval.
Key Skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications.
- Expertise in Manufacturing (MFG) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance Solution Architecture.
- Experience in solution delivery and program execution.
- Ability to define and modify global templates for business units.
