Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Lead to oversee the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Manufacturing modules. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, managing client stakeholders, and driving business transformation initiatives in manufacturing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and strong leadership skills to bridge business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion Manufacturing implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to manufacturing processes.
- Configure and implement modules such as:
- Manufacturing
- Work Execution
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- Provide functional leadership and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive solution design workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and UAT sessions.
- Ensure integration with other Oracle modules like Procurement, Order Management, and Costing.
- Support data migration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Travel to client locations (as needed) for critical project phases.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes (Discrete/Process Manufacturing).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Work Orders
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Routings
- Costing
- Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in global delivery models and EMEA time zones.
