Mandatory Skills
- Oracle ICM Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion ICM configuration and the full compensation cycle.
- Client-Facing Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must be able to work confidently with business stakeholders and translate their ICM requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- OIC: Build and support integrations between ICM and external systems (CRM, ERP, payroll) using REST/SOAP adapters and orchestrations.
- VBCS: Develop custom extensions and UIs such as dashboards, approval screens, and data entry forms.
- Fast Formula: Write, attach, and debug Fast Formulas for custom calculation and validation logic.
- HDL: Prepare, load, and troubleshoot bulk data (workers, assignments, participants, hierarchies) using .dat files.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams (Sales Ops, Finance, HR) to gather, clarify, and prioritize ICM requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical designs, and explain solutions in plain business terms.
- Configure ICM plans, plan components, performance measures, rate tables, expressions, and credit rules.
- Support the full compensation cycle: collection, crediting, calculation, and payment.
- Lead workshops, demos, and status discussions with stakeholders.
- Support testing, cutover, and production issues, including root-cause analysis of calculation discrepancies.
- Assess Oracle quarterly updates and maintain design and configuration documentation.
Qualifications
- At least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle ICM implementations in a client-facing role.
- Hands-on experience in all mandatory technical skills, with project examples for each.
- Strong grasp of sales compensation concepts (quotas, commissions, bonuses, clawbacks) and Fusion HCM data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher/OTBI, and REST APIs.
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications (ICM, OIC, or HCM); HCM Extracts or PL/SQL experience.
