- Leverage HCM Design Studio, Sandboxes, and Redwood UX to optimize the compensation interface for managers and executives.
- Enforce strict HCM Security profiles to protect sensitive salary, equity, and grade-step data access across business units.
- Oversee comprehensive UAT cycles, data reconciliation testing, and regression analysis for quarterly Oracle updates.
