Key Responsibilities:
- Support and configure Oracle Fusion HCM across core HR modules
- Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, termination and work relationships
- Configure positions, organisations and work schedules
- Support security and transaction console setup
- Support Recruiting including job requisitions and candidate management
- Support Absence Management, Learning and Performance modules
- Participate in implementations, Path to Live and quarterly release cycles
- Investigate and resolve production issues and work with Oracle Support
- Support Redwood UI adoption

- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience
