Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - 6 Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support the delivery and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management solutions.

You will work with HR stakeholders to configure modules, improve business processes and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Gather business requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Deliver functional designs and configuration.
• Support testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Produce functional documentation.
• Work with technical teams on integrations and reporting.
• Provide end-user support and training where required.

Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years' experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR and related HCM modules.
• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or optimisation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Requirements

• 4-5 years' Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
• Willing to travel occasionally within the UK.
• Able to work Inside IR35.
