You will analyse, define and evaluate business problems, opportunities and requirements, ensuring solutions deliver value within agreed methodologies. Using strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills, you will challenge requirements where needed to ensure viable, benefit-focused outcomes. You will also assess business readiness and support change by identifying impacts across people, processes and systems.
Key Skills & Experience:

Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams and third-party partners, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
