Oracle Fusion Financials Lead – Contract Inside IR35 – Long-Term Contract

We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Lead to join a long-term Oracle transformation programme.

This is a remote contract role operating inside IR35 .

Successful candidates will be required to undergo Security Clearance , so the ability to obtain clearance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Design and implement Oracle Fusion Financials solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide functional leadership across workshops, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Support integration, UAT and go-live activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to the wider project team.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge across Oracle Financials modules.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or acting as a Functional Lead.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
