Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant with AR / Collections

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Financials and a deep understanding of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Management, and related financial business processes. The ideal candidate will possess both functional Oracle application knowledge and practical finance operations experience, enabling them to bridge the gap between business users, finance teams, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Cloud Financial modules with a primary focus on:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Collections
• Cash Management
• Customer Billing and Invoicing
• Receipt Processing
• Design functional solutions aligned with business and accounting requirements.
• Participate in implementations, enhancements, integrations, testing, and production support activities.
• Work closely with technical teams to define integration and reporting requirements.

Accounting & Financial Controls

• Understand accounting impacts of receivables, collections, and cash management transactions.
• Ensure Oracle configurations support accounting, audit, and reporting requirements.
• Support month-end and period-close activities related to Accounts Receivable and Cash Management.
• Collaborate with Finance teams on reconciliations, issue resolution, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of functional consulting or business analyst experience with Oracle Financials.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials / Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Collections
• Cash Management
• Receipt Processing

• Billing and Invoicing
• Bank Statement Processing and Reconciliation
