Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules, coupled with proven Project Management skills. The role involves leading Oracle Fusion initiatives from design to go-live, acting as a liaison between business and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle ERP and Cloud implementations. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM initiatives from design through go-live.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Manage stakeholders and drive business process transformation.
- Plan projects, manage risks, report status, and coordinate with vendors.
- Implement Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules effectively.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher as needed.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & SCM experience.
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Healthcare, or Supply Chain-intensive industries is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-enabled ERP solutions and process automation is advantageous.
