Summary: The Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant role involves leading the implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, requiring both remote work and occasional client site visits. The consultant will ensure financial outcomes are explainable, repeatable, and audit-ready while collaborating with various teams to align operational processes with financial results. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with finance leadership and auditors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation and rollout activities, including:
• Conference Room Pilot (CRP)
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Cutover and Hypercare support
• Ensure financial outcomes are:
• Explainable
• Repeatable
• Audit-ready
• Collaborate closely with onsite SCM consultants to align operational processes with financial results
• Coordinate with offshore finance teams for:
• Testing support
• Data analysis
• Stabilization activities

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Cost Accounting
• General Ledger (GL)
• Working knowledge of:
• Fixed Assets (FA)
