Summary: The ERP PMO Analyst role involves supporting a client through a significant ERP transformation programme on a 2-year fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and governance of a large-scale ERP implementation programme
  • Coordinate programme activities across multiple project workstreams
  • Produce and maintain programme documentation, RAID logs, reporting packs, and status updates
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions
  • Facilitate governance meetings and support steering committees
  • Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
  • Ensure consistent PMO standards, processes, and reporting are maintained throughout the programme life cycle
  • Support resource planning, financial tracking, and programme communications where required

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working in a PMO Analyst or Project Support role within ERP transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of programme governance, reporting, and project life cycle management
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations
  • Oracle ERP experience is highly desirable, however candidates with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or other ERP platform experience will also be considered
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within complex, fast-paced transformation environments

We are currently supporting a client undergoing a large-scale ERP transformation programme and are looking to hire an experienced ERP PMO Analyst to join the team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.
