Summary: The Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle Retail Program Manager will lead the implementation of large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle RMS projects, primarily in a remote capacity with some travel for client meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire program lifecycle for Oracle Fusion ERP/RMS implementations, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates for senior management, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, business analysts, and quality assurance testers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and translate business requirements into a comprehensive Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle Retail roadmap.
- Oversee key project activities such as data migration, system configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Drive effective change management strategies to ensure user adoption and a smooth transition to the new system.
- Ensure that all program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
