Summary
Support and improve Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM for a Gaming & Hospitality client. The work covers ServiceNow support, quarterly patch testing, OIC integrations and GenAI agent builds.
Responsibilities
- Resolve ServiceNow tickets within SLA, mostly in SCM, Procurement/AP and Financials/Projects
- Run quarterly ERP/SCM/HCM regression testing and monthly EPM release testing
- Build and support OIC integrations (e.g., HCM Okta, AP 3-way match)
- Support delivery of Fusion AI Agent Studio agents through UAT and production
Must-Have
- Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Receiving) and Financials (GL, AP, FA, Projects)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Release/regression testing and ServiceNow
Nice-to-Have
- EPM (FCCS/ARCS), HCM, Fusion AI Agent Studio, BI/OTBI reports
