Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional solution designs.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll, including payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, calendars, payment methods, and costing.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for complex payroll requirements.
• Configure payroll statutory requirements based on country legislation.
• Work on Payroll Costing and General Ledger integration.
• Integrate Payroll with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Finance.
• Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, and troubleshoot payroll processing issues.
• Support payroll data conversion and validation using HDL/HCM Extracts.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
• Provide production/AMS support and resolve payroll issues.
• Analyze Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on Payroll configurations.
• Work closely with technical teams, business users, and other HCM functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, Payroll Costing, Balances, Elements, and Payroll Flows.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of payroll integrations with GL, Banking, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, parallel testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in US Payroll or India Payroll is preferred.

Preferred

• Oracle Cloud Payroll certification.
• Experience with multi-country payroll implementations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
