Summary: The Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll & Absence Management Consultant role involves supporting the Payroll Department during an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation. The consultant will collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure a successful Go-Live, bridging business needs with system functionality. The position requires both technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Immediate availability is required for this contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end implementation of Payroll & Absence modules (design, config, SIT, UAT, Parallel Test, Go-Live)
- Configure payroll elements, balances, LDG, fast formulas, absence plans, accruals
- Data migration, conversion & reconciliation
- Develop reports (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts)
- Troubleshoot issues + coordinate with Oracle Support & IT
- Provide documentation, KT, user training
- Post Go-Live hypercare support
Key Skills:
- 5+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Payroll & Absence Management hands-on config, testing, support)
- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification 5+ years
- OTBI & BI Publisher reporting 5+ years
- Prior experience supporting Payroll department through HCM transition/upgrade 5+ years
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting & stakeholder communication skills
- Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience (preferred)
- Experience with integrations (Time & Attendance, Benefits, Finance) (preferred)

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Payroll & Absence Management hands-on config, testing, support)
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification 5+ years
