Summary: The Oracle Fusion Cloud OM functional consultant role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver effective Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. The consultant will design and configure Oracle Order Management solutions tailored to client needs, conduct gap analyses, and assist in troubleshooting complex issues. Occasional travel to Blair, Nebraska is required, with travel arrangements managed by the client. This position is a contract role that operates outside of IR35 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Configure Oracle OM solutions to meet specific client needs and optimize business processes.
- Coordinate with Plan to Produce, Forecast to Plan, Source to Pay, PDH, CPQ and Finance as required to design end to end solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improvements in the client’s manufacturing processes.
- Work along with the technical team in the development and implementation of solution designs, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Order Management applications and integrated modules.
- Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ability to lead workshops and present technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
