Summary: The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically in developing integrations, extensions, and reports for Benefits & Absence Modules. Candidates should possess strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, along with familiarity in Oracle Integration Cloud. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrations, extensions, and reports for Benefits & Absence Modules.
- Write and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools including HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and Visual Builder Studio.
- Implement HIPAA integrations.
- Communicate effectively and analyze data proficiently using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Build HCM Cloud integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (nice to have).
- Leverage knowledge of Payroll, OTL & Recruit Modules (a plus).
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits & Absence Modules and their underlying table structures.
- Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
