Summary: Pomeroy is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial Lead with expertise in Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud to enhance IT services operations and product supply chain business. The role involves leading financial systems implementations, ensuring integration with ledger and sub-ledgers, and collaborating with finance and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will also provide ongoing support and training for end users. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Cost Management and Tax.
- Configure and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud modules: Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).
- Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to align ERP configurations with product lifecycle, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support integrations between ERP Financials and supply chain systems (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement).
- Develop and execute test plans, support UAT, and ensure successful deployments.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
- Monitor Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend adoption of relevant features.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials or equivalent.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of financial processes in an IT services and product supply chain environment.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View) or equivalent.
