Summary: The Oracle Functional Solutions Architect will lead the implementation of Oracle WAM/WACS projects, managing various aspects such as requirement gathering, solution design, and client collaboration. This role involves conducting workshops and training to ensure user adoption and recommending innovative processes to enhance efficiency. The position is remote and focuses on integrating Oracle Utilities products to provide tailored solutions for utility clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle WAM/WACS implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Manage multiple areas of WAM/WACS, such as Asset Register, Asset Maintenance & Inspections, Work Management, Materials Management, and GIS Integration.
• Collaborate closely with utility clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to ensure client alignment and user adoption.
• Design and recommend innovative business processes and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Integrate WAM/WACS with other Oracle Utilities products such as Oracle Field Service (OFS) and GIS applications.
