Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant with expertise in B2B service operations to drive our field service transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) for B2B service operations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OFSC solutions.
  • Configure OFSC entities including Activities, Resources, Routing, Quota, Capacity, and Business Rules.
  • Integrate OFSC with Oracle Service Cloud, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Design and implement workflow automation and custom integrations to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Conduct workshops, user training, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions.
  • Provide ongoing technical and functional support during deployment and post-go-live phases.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and system alignment with business goals.
  • Produce detailed design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.

Key Skills:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations.
  • Strong B2B service domain knowledge, particularly in scheduling, dispatching, and workforce management.
