Oracle Field Service Cloud Integration Engineer

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• 10+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud integration experience using OFSC REST APIs.
• Field service application experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Oracle Field Service Cloud and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership on OFSC architecture, data models, API design, and platform best practices.
• Design and develop OFSC plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK.
• Define API contracts, payload structures, authentication patterns, and error-handling strategies for development teams.
• Configure OFSC business rules, routing logic, capacity categories, and work zones to support business processes.
• Produce technical documentation including integration specifications, architecture diagrams, and API documentation.
