Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, translating functional designs into solid technical specifications and architecture.
- Hands-on development, configuration, and optimization of a broad and diverse set of Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure all formulas perform accurately under high-volume scenarios.
- Partner closely with functional teams, technical architects, and peer developers to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
Key Skills:
- Extensive, proven experience building and architecting complex Oracle Fast Formulas.
- The capability to independently bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical execution.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.
- Familiarity with or openness to utilizing AI-assisted development tools to speed up delivery.
- Experience working within Oracle HCM environments (preferred).

This is a well-established, highly organized, and robustly resourced program executing a massive-scale rollout. With a pipeline of roughly 100 formulas to develop across a broad functional spectrum, we need technical experts who thrive in high-volume environments and take pride in clean, pragmatic architecture.
In this role, you will be well-supported by knowledgeable leadership and will leverage modern development processes, including AI tooling, to maximize efficiency.
