Summary: The Oracle ERP Data Conversion Specialist role involves a 6+ month contract focused on data conversion for Oracle Cloud ERP systems. The position requires extensive experience with various Oracle conversion methods and a strong understanding of the relevant modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with conversion objects and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM. Familiarity with the staffing industry, particularly in healthcare, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various Oracle conversion/import methods including FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, and Oracle Visual Builder Addin for Excel.
  • Work with Oracle Cloud ERP for data conversion tasks.
  • Handle conversion objects such as Customers, AR Invoices, AP Invoices, Project Tasks, Contract Lines, Project Contract Billing, Suppliers, and Banks.
  • Apply functional knowledge of core Financials, AP, AR, PPM, and HCM modules.
  • Develop conversion scripts using PLSQL queries, packages, and Stored Procedures.
  • Manage underlying/supporting interface, error processing, and validation tables.
  • Possess relevant Oracle certifications (if available).
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector.

5+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP

Strong proven hands-on experience in the following conversion objects; Customers, AR Invoices, AP

Invoices, Project Tasks, Contract Lines, Project Contract Billing, Suppliers, Banks.

Functional knowledge of the modules which data is being converted into, including but not limited to

core Financials, AP, AR, PPM, and HCM (core HR OTL, Payroll, Absences).
