Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement end-to-end automation and performance testing strategies for Oracle ERP and enterprise applications.
- Develop detailed test plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, environments, and resource planning.
- Analyze and validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) related to performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca.
- Ensure automated test coverage for critical business workflows.
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
- Design and execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6.
- Monitor system behavior using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace.
- Analyze system metrics including CPU, memory, disk I/O, network latency, and response times.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Work closely with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Clearly communicate test results, risks, and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers on automation and performance engineering best practices.
- Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in automation and performance engineering.
- Drive improvements in testing processes, frameworks, and standards.

- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
