Summary: Our client is looking for an Oracle EPM Senior FCCS Developer to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle FCCS solutions. The role demands extensive experience in financial close and consolidation processes, with proficiency in both on-prem Hyperion and Oracle Cloud EPM platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering FCCS projects and be on the path to becoming an EPM Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle FCCS solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Gather requirements, design system architecture, and configure application components to support consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain FCCS artifacts including data forms, rules (including Groovy), consolidations, dashboards, reports, and metadata.
• Ensure strong integration with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or legacy on-prem systems.
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to understand and optimize close processes.

Key Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS/Hyperion Financial Management), including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of FCCS.
• Proven ability to lead Financial Close and Consolidation projects, with a strong grasp of accounting and finance concepts.
• Experience with both on-prem Hyperion and Oracle Cloud ERP integrations.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas; Retail industry experience is also considered.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset toward becoming an Architect.
