Summary: The Oracle EPM Finance Analyst role involves leading the implementation and administration of Oracle FCCS while supporting the migration from Hyperion Enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical & functional administration of Oracle FCCS during the migration
- Manage day-to-day FCCS administration (user access, maintenance, troubleshooting)
- Support users and deliver training and documentation
- Develop reports and dashboards; manage data integration
- Contribute to future EPM expansion and process improvements as needed
Key Skills:
- 5–10 years' experience with Oracle EPM tools; 2+ FCCS E2E implementations
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes (IFRS/GAAP)
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS), data integration, SQL, and Excel
- Technical skills in FDMEE, Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, and Smart View
- Exposure to EPBCS, ARCS, TRCS, OneStream, Oracle ERP, or SAP (desirable)
