Summary: The Oracle EPM - EPBCS Consultant role is a 6-month contract position focused on implementing Oracle EPM EPBCS modules. The consultant will work remotely, preferably from CST/PST locations, and is expected to have extensive experience in end-to-end EPBCS implementations. The role requires strong technical skills in data integration and financial planning processes, along with the ability to work independently and interact with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Oracle EPM EPBCS Out of The Box Modules
- At least 2 end-to-end EPBCS implementations full lifecycle, not just support or enhancement work
- Good hands-on with the Data Integration setup with direct integration from Oracle GL to EPBCS financials and Oracle HCM to EPBCS workforce
- Functional knowledge on the OPEX calculations, P&L, Balance sheet, and salaries data calculations
- Good working understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning processes
- Comfortable handling projects independently
- Knowledge on writing business rules, member formulas, and automating process batch scripts
- Able to work directly with functional and project stakeholders
- Assist sales with PPT presentations on Oracle EPM features
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM modules
- Ability to interact with CXO level executives and drive discussions
