Summary: The Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle EPM EPBCS, specifically in implementing Out-of-the-Box modules. The consultant will manage project delivery, engage with stakeholders, and support pre-sales activities while demonstrating strong functional knowledge in financial planning processes. A minimum of two end-to-end implementations is mandatory, along with hands-on experience in data integration and business rules development. Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience with Oracle EPM EPBCS Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Modules.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations, covering the complete project lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Data Integration, including direct integration from Oracle GL to EPBCS Financials and Oracle HCM to EPBCS Workforce.
- Strong functional knowledge of OPEX calculations, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Workforce Planning.
- Good understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, and Financial Planning processes.
- Ability to independently manage project delivery with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience in developing Business Rules, Member Formulas, and process automation using batch scripts.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Comfortable supporting pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering presentations on the latest Oracle EPM features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and present to CXO-level executives.
