Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Support Consultant to provide part-time production support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications. The role requires strong technical and functional support skills across various Oracle EPM modules and is classified as outside IR35. The consultant will work remotely, primarily 2-3 days per week, with potential for contract extension. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system administration, and liaising with Oracle Support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS or related modules).
- Monitor and resolve system issues, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Support end users with troubleshooting, data loads, reporting, metadata updates, and workflow issues.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close support activities.
- Liaise with Oracle Support as needed to resolve system defects or SRs.
- Perform routine system administration, integrations monitoring, and performance checks.
- Recommend and implement best practices for system stability, performance, and controls.
- Contribute to minor enhancements, testing, and change management as needed.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud support and administration (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning & budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Experience with EPM Automate, Smart View, data loads, metadata management, and security administration.
- Familiarity with integration tools (Data Management, ODI, or other ETL).
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and liaise with Oracle Support effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with finance and IT stakeholders.
- Prior experience providing production support in a managed services or consulting environment.
