Summary: STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Reporting and Business Intelligence for a remote position, preferably within EST hours. The role requires an experienced professional to collaborate with stakeholders, gather reporting requirements, and develop data-driven reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite. The ideal candidate will bridge business processes and technical execution to enhance reporting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Work with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules to extract, interpret, and analyze business data
- Design, develop, and support reporting solutions using BI and reporting platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping and successful report delivery
- Support ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and business inquiries
- Ensure report accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics capabilities
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Proven experience gathering reporting requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS data models and modules (Finance and/or Supply Chain preferred)
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Incorta, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
- Experience with Oracle SQL and data extraction from Oracle EBS is highly preferred
