Oracle EBS Support

Summary: The Oracle EBS Support role involves designing and implementing application configurations to align with business processes and requirements. The position requires writing scripts for testing, providing technical support, and managing Oracle EBS solutions. Collaboration with business and IT leaders is essential for developing effective application roadmaps. The role is fully remote, focusing on global Oracle eBS system interfacing and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and implements application configurations to meet business process and application requirements
• Writes scripts and sets up test data for unit, performance (load, stress) and system integration testing, particularly packaged application configurations
• Supports UAT and long-flow testing
• Provides technical (L2/L3) support for applications
• Support global Oracle eBS system interfacing with multiple regional systems and 3rd party applications
• Collaborate with business leaders and other IT leaders in developing an architecture and application roadmap that cost effectively meets or exceeds the business requirements
• Manage implementations of technical and functional Oracle EBS solutions
• Responsible for project including development.
