- Strong Oracle EBS R12 Property Manager (PN) experience
- Hands-on Property & Lease Management
- Lease setup, administration, amendments, renewals and termination
- Property, location, space and lease configuration
- Rent, billing, escalations and recoveries
- Lease accounting and payment schedules
- Integration with AP, AR and GL
- Functional configuration, testing, UAT and production support
- Strong business requirements and stakeholder management
Strong Plus
- ASC 842 / IFRS 16
- R12.2 experience
- Real Estate / Commercial Property experience
- Oracle Property Manager implementations or upgrades
- Experience with lease accounting, ROU assets and amortization
