Summary: The Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing (OPM) functional resource is responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain processes within the manufacturing sector, particularly in process industries. This role requires extensive experience as an Oracle EBS Business Analyst and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. The position also involves supporting compliance initiatives and demand forecasting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes (demand planning, MRP, inventory, distribution)
- Identify bottlenecks in batch production, yield variability, and shelf-life constraints
- Support demand forecasting and supply planning initiatives
- Support compliance (GMP, FDA where applicable)
- Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, procurement, production, quality, and planning teams
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 14–18 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes in process industries
- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or API manufacturing
- Understanding of batching, shelf-life, and regulatory constraints
- Experience with data analytics tools
- Exposure to system implementations and integrations
