Summary: The Oracle EBS OAF Technical Consultant role focuses on providing technical expertise in Oracle Payroll modules and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) development. The position requires hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development, customization, and support. The consultant will be responsible for developing and customizing OAF pages, supporting payroll enhancements, and collaborating with teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Oracle OAF pages, extensions, and personalizations
- Support Oracle Payroll and HRMS-related enhancements and production issues
- Design and develop technical solutions based on business requirements
- Create and maintain technical design documents
- Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, reports, and interfaces
- Work on data migration, conversions, and integrations
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and support activities
- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in Agile project environments
