Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

Job Description: Expertise: SME in CX-Service Contract, Subscription, OM, Billing-AR, O2C.

• 12 15 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting, with substantial hands-on experience in Oracle EBS CX, SCM & AR .
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Order Management, Service Contracts, subscription or contract lifecycle processes, and billing-related capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience with co-terming, product and service bundling, recurring billing, and usage-based billing scenarios.
• Experience delivering at least two end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations or major transformation programs, including requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integrations among Order Management, Service Contracts, Receivables, pricing, and related upstream or downstream systems.
• Ability to create business process flows, POC, functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and training or support materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in complex product, subscription, service, or asset-based business models.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders across U.S. time zones.
