Summary: The role of Oracle EBS Functional Consultant - Core HR involves supporting and maintaining Oracle EBS HCM modules for a public client in the UK, with a focus on transitioning from existing systems and contributing to a migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The position is fully remote and requires the candidate to work inside IR35 regulations. The contract is for six months with potential for extension, starting on April 1, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (HCM)
- 10+ years of experience in EBS HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management
- Proven track record with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations
- Experience working on public sector implementations is highly desirable

Candidate must be based in UK and must work INSIDE IR35
Project Area:
This engagement is with an Public Client in the UK, where they are taking over existing systems from another vendor and supporting Oracle EBS.
At the same time, they are driving a migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud, where these roles will be directly involved.
Tasks:
- Support and maintain Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Talent Management)
