QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience working with Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) Projects modules
- Working functional knowledge of key Oracle Projects modules (Projects Foundation, Projects Planning and Control, Project Billing, Project Costing, Receivables and Payables)
- Experience in providing production support and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Solid understanding of business processes related to Oracle Projects flows.
- Experience with system configurations, setup, and maintenance in Oracle EBS Projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or similar querying/reporting tools.
- Oracle certifications are a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent customer facing skills, Excellent communication skills – both Oral and Written.
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle e-Business Suite Procurement modules, including iProcurement, Purchasing Sourcing and Payables – Source to Pay Business flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, including system errors, functionality concerns, data corrections, and business process analysis.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, assess impact, and provide functional support for Procurement business processes.
- Configure and maintain Procurement modules in accordance with business requirements and system upgrades.
- Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and documentation to support Procurement system functionality.
- Perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues and propose long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Work with technical teams to produce and evaluate requirements documents and perform unit testing of developments and enhancements.
- Participate in testing and validation of system updates, patches, and new releases.
- Assist with data migration and data quality efforts related to Procurement modules.
- Maintain knowledge of Oracle Procurement best practices and trends, staying current with new Oracle releases and product enhancements.
- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring proper system usage and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Participating in Business calls to understand user requirements and provide various options/solutions to the users.
- Assist and work under minimal supervision in client projects.
- Responsible for managing client relationships within context of the individual role.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
