Summary: The Oracle EBS Fixed Assets Consultant role involves designing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Ebusiness Suite Fixed Assets module as part of an ERP implementation. The position requires extensive experience in Oracle EBS, particularly in Fixed Assets, and involves collaboration with various financial modules. The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements and is classified as inside IR35. The contract duration is expected to be 5 months or longer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support the Oracle Ebusiness Suite 12.2.7 Fixed Assets module.
- Collaborate with other Oracle Financial modules such as Payables, General Ledger, Purchasing, and Oracle Projects.
- Deliver multiple full life cycle implementations or upgrades in Oracle EBS R12.
- Manage asset life cycle processes including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and retirement.
- Handle mass additions, asset transfers, asset books, and reporting tools.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced project environments.
- Assist in data migration/conversion tools and techniques for asset data.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience.
- At least 5 years specializing in Oracle Fixed Assets.
- Strong understanding of asset life cycle processes.
- Experience with Oracle Payables, General Ledger, and Projects modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with business users and technical teams.
- Experience with multi-country rollouts and multi-ledger/multi-currency setups.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Experience in data configuration with ConfigSnapshot is a plus.

Role Description:
Candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and supporting the Oracle Ebusiness Suite 12.2.7 Fixed Assets module as part of an end-to-end Oracle EBS ERP Implementation.
This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle FA and its integration with other oracle Financial modules such as Payables, General Ledger, Purchasing and Oracle Projects.
Essential Skills:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience, with at least 5 years specializing in Oracle Fixed Assets.
Proven track record of delivering multiple full life cycle implementations or upgrades in Oracle EBS R12, particularly version 12.2.x.
Strong understanding of asset life cycle processes: acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and retirement.
Experience with mass additions, asset transfers, asset books, and reporting tools (eg, FA Register, FA Additions Report).
Working knowledge of Oracle Payables, General Ledger, and Projects modules and how they integrate with Fixed Assets.
Familiar with the FA Account Generator workflow and the typical journals involved in Asset accounting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams alike.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced project environments.
Experience with multi-country rollouts, tax books, and multi-ledger/multi-currency setups.
Familiarity with manufacturing industries is a plus.
Experience in data migration/conversion tools and techniques for asset data namely migrating asset registers into Oracle EBS.
Experience in data configuration with ConfigSnapshot is a plus.
