Oracle EBS Budget to Report (B2R)

Summary: This role involves implementing and maintaining Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, specifically focusing on Budget to Report (B2R) processes. The candidate will leverage extensive experience with Department of Defense and Federal systems to support various financial operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing and configuring sub-ledger accounting and ensuring compliance with federal budgetary requirements. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials of Budget to Report (B2R).
• Support Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Analyze and configure sub-ledger accounting in areas such as AP, FA, AR, PA, and CLM.
• Review and execute Month-End Close and Federal Year End Close/Year Begin procedures.
• Author functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend break fix solutions.
• Present program solution related documents effectively.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with seven years of DOD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, specifically Budget to Report (B2R).
• Hands-on ability to analyze and configure SLA.
• Experience with Federal Budgets, Continuing Resolution Authority, and related financial processes.
• Proficient in reporting requirements such as Fund Management and Budget Execution.
• Ability to author and present functional documentation.
