Oracle Developer/Oracle Functional Consultant/Oracle ERP Developer- Remote

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer / Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and implement Oracle-based solutions. This role combines technical development and functional consulting, working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and customize Oracle applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle functional and technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle applications and customizations
• Configure and support Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or Manufacturing (based on project needs)
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Create and maintain Oracle reports, forms, and interfaces
• Support data conversions, integrations, and system enhancements
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and project managers
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training as required

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer and/or Oracle Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL
• Functional experience with at least one Oracle module (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.)
• Experience with Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP preferred)
• Solid understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
