Oracle DBA – Performance Tuning, GoldenGate & AWS
We are looking for a strong Oracle DBA for a 6-month contract engagement with our direct client.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Oracle Performance Tuning, Oracle GoldenGate, and AWS and should be comfortable troubleshooting complex production database and performance issues.
Key Skills
- Strong Oracle DBA experience in large enterprise environments
- Advanced Oracle Performance Tuning
- Strong SQL tuning and troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on experience with AWR, ASH, ADDM, Explain Plans, wait events, and SQL Trace
- Strong Oracle GoldenGate configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting Oracle databases in AWS
- Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, backup/recovery, patching, and upgrades
- Strong production support and root-cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with OEM, AWS EC2/RDS/S3/EBS/CloudWatch, scripting/automation, and large environments is a plus.
