Job Title: Oracle CX Subscription Management Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 3 Months+

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Subscription Management Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering implementations and working closely with business stakeholders in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support implementations of Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle CPQ solutions
• Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process design, configuration, and optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Configure and customize Oracle CX solutions to align with business needs
• Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure seamless integration across Q2C systems including order management, billing, and revenue processes
• Provide functional expertise and best practices for subscription lifecycle management
• Support UAT, training, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Oracle Subscription Management (mandatory)
• Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) (mandatory)
• Proven experience with end-to-end Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) processes
• Strong functional consulting background with client-facing experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
