Job Description:
Required Skills:
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Service Logistics; certification is not required, but practical, hands-on knowledge is essential. Must be familiar with the interactions among Oracle CX Service Requests, Field Service (OFS), and Maintenance modules
- Minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations; Oracle Cloud ERP experience is a plus, but strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience is sufficient.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end service logistics processes, including the various integration points between upstream and downstream systems (e.g., inventory, service orders, customer assets).
- Comfortable collaborating across technical and functional teams to support configuration, testing, and issue resolution related to Oracle Service Logistics workflows.
