Summary: The Oracle CPQ Technical Lead role requires a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience, specifically in implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines). The candidate must possess a strong techno-functional understanding and have successfully completed multiple implementations, focusing on solution design and architecture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and perform gap analysis.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines).
  • Technical hands-on experience with Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, BML, Commerce, and Configuration Layout Design.
  • Integrate CPQ to third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot/debug issues and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Manage CPQ Administrative activities including Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, and Cascading Stylesheets (CSS).
  • Collaborate with Business Partner teams, Platform Solutions analysts, and Development teams to translate business requirements into Functional Design and Technical Specifications.
  • Propose solution architecture and communicate effectively between end users and team members.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to enable business development efforts and resolve complex customer escalations.
  • Create and implement innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
